2. Wholesale Orders

• Minimum order: 10 cartons (2,880 sachets total).

• Orders can be mixed and matched from our 30+ spice flavours.

• All products are subject to availability.

• Orders will be confirmed by email once payment is received.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£).

• Klarna and other instalment options are available for bulk orders over £2,000.

• Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Free UK mainland delivery for orders of 10 cartons or more.

• Standard dispatch is within 3–5 working days.

• Delivery tracking will be provided where applicable.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted if:

• Items are damaged on arrival

• The wrong product is delivered

All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please email info@loyalspicewholesale with your order number and photo evidence.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purposes or activities that could harm Loyal Spice Wholesale’s operations, brand, or customer experience.

7. Intellectual Property
