1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received damaged or defective goods.

  • Your order was incorrect or incomplete.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used spice sachets.

  • Orders placed in error by the customer.

  • Bulk or wholesale orders of 10+ cartons unless damaged.

3. Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Email info@loyalspicewholesale.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, photo evidence (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

  • Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

4. Refund Method

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If paid via Klarna, refunds are subject to Klarna’s processing times.

5. Return Shipping

  • If a return is required, you may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
